Moving forward in a fast and dynamic industry.
Based on a career in hospitality, David Burr set up Carroll Accountants with the aim of giving hospitality businesses the opportunities and foundational insights they deserve.
David had already run and managed pubs and hotels (independent & leasehold), recruited for restaurants and even run a repairs and maintenance business, all with the objective of keeping his (and now your) business moving.
Setting up a hospitality accounting practice seemed like the obvious next move. In his eyes, barriers are there to be overcome and moving forward is the overriding objective. It’s with this mindset that Carroll Accountants serves its clients and can support your business’ wide-ranging (and changing) needs.

Carroll Accountants are possibly one of the best things that has happened to me since running my own business. They are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and always there to help when needed. 5-star service and I would recommend them to anybody”
It’s all in the attitude
A career in hospitality isn’t for the feint-hearted, it’s challenging and rewarding in equal measure. The way Carroll Accountants does business today comes specifically from our own experience and the values that we’ve built up along the way. Values that, we believe, will create the glue between hospitality accountant and client and the fuel to keep your business moving.
